Really we are taking on water!

Here are the pictures of the Ike prep. Joe sand bagged the garage, dug a sump pit in the rock garden and got out the handy blue pump. We were able to keep the basement completely dry and only had a trickle come in the garage, which went down the drain. The last picture might not look like much, but it is of the evil neighbor house that dumps water on our property. It is a rental unit and the owners paved the driveway and the area in front of the garage. It now slopes toward our house and has caused havoc. In addition to the water from the driveway, all the gutters for that *#%^!* house empty our way too. Needless to say, more than one phone call has been exchanged and we are taking things to the next level..........but for now it is pumps and pictures.
